ARCO Design/Build is seeking an Instructional Designer to own learning projects from design through execution. You will create e-learning, workshops, curricula, and onboarding materials, collaborating with SMEs and PMs to deliver practical learning solutions.
Ideal candidates will have experience with instructional design, LMS, Articulate 360, and a track record of managing multiple projects in a collaborative environment.
You enjoy turning complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences that help people grow and succeed. As an Instructional Designer on ARCO Design/Build’s Learning and Development team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, build learning solutions from the ground up, and help establish instructional design standards and best practices.
You will support learning initiatives for associates at various career stages, creating e-learning, workshops, curriculum, learning paths, mentorship and onboarding resources, job aids, activities, assessments, and facilitator materials. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented professional who enjoys collaborating with subject matter experts, managing multiple projects, and turning ideas into polished, practical learning experiences.
