Learning & Development Business Partner
Adyen is built for talented people and in this role you get to work with the smartest people in the industry. The Learning & Development team plays a crucial role in creating an environment that enables Adyen to build the world's best financial technology platform.

In this role you will actually spend 70% of your time on building the ‘70’ of the 70-20-10 model of learning. To be successful achieving that, your key skills are: strategic thinking, senior stakeholder management, instructional design, creative thinking and a strong appetite to understand our business.

This role is based out of one of ourAmsterdam, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York offices. We are an office-first company and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.
The annual base salary range for this role in Chicago is $110,000 - $145,000 and in San Francisco or New York $120,000 - $155,000; to learn more about our compensation philosophy, please clickhere . The annual base salary range for Amsterdam will be discussed.
