Qualifications

• Experience in postsecondary education environment with faculty, students, staff.
• Ability to translate data into actionable information.
• Data management expertise.
• Predictive modeling and analytics expertise.
• Knowledge of visualization/reporting tools such as Tableau or R-Shiny.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning/data analytics infrastructure for the campus.
• Automate a learning analytics framework using predictive modeling.
• Build front-end visualizations and data tools for campus-wide use.
• Provide data coaching across the institution on data analysis and interpretation.
• Collaborate on research design and data solutions for programs.
• Review student preparation levels and support faculty on course level outcomes.
• Design and conduct learning outcomes assessment and reporting.
• Develop research for evaluating instructional and student services.
