The University of Michigan Marsal Family School of Education seeks an Administrative Assistant for the LEAPS program, providing administrative, operational, and student support for the LEAPS living-learning community on the Marygrove Campus in Detroit with occasional meetings in Ann Arbor.
The role includes front desk coverage, transportation coordination, housing support, and meeting logistics, working with Marsal staff to support students and faculty.

During the first year, students live and learn together in Detroit as a cohort before defining individualized concentrations toward future careers.
The University of Michigan Marsal Family School of Education is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Learning, Equity, Problem Solving for the Public Good (LEAPS) undergraduate program. You will provide administrative, operational, and student support for the LEAPS living-learning community. You will be supervised by Barry Fishman , LEAPS Department Chair.
The work of this role takes place primarily on the Marygrove Campus in Detroit with occasional meetings in Ann Arbor.
Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes .
Onsite, Typical hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with some flexibility. M-F. Flex time possible in exchange for occasional evening or weekend needs.
At Marygrove in Detroit with occasional time in Ann Arbor.
