Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to develop and execute territory plans, provide clinical and technical support for trauma cases, and build strong relationships with surgical teams within assigned accounts.

The role requires on-call nights, weekends, and holidays, with travel around 30% and a 100% commission plan plus potential bonuses and benefits. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/healthcare experience is required.

• Document sales activities, customer interactions, inventory transactions, and compliance requirements in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.

Schedule & On-Call Requirements

This position requires an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. While this level of availability is essential for the role, we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate. Candidates who choose not to pursue this position due to the on-call demands will not be negatively evaluated or penalized in future opportunities with our organization.

What You Will Do

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR minimum 4 years of experience in sales, clinical healthcare, or a combination of both.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B Sales experience, internship experience, customer-facing experience, leadership experience, or demonstrated achievement in academics, athletics, military service, or extracurricular activities preferred
• Experience working in an operating room, procedural healthcare environment, medical device sales role, or clinical support role.
• Experience providing intraoperative clinical support during surgical procedures.
• Experience managing surgical inventory, consignment assets, or instrument sets.

Sales Commission only: This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.

Travel Percentage: 30%
