Job summary

Senneca is seeking an LEAP Program Associate for Salt Lake City, starting Summer 2027. You will undergo classroom training, site visits, and on-the-job rotations to build foundational competencies in our fast-growing doors business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, analyze data, and contribute to customer service excellence while developing leadership and industry knowledge. Relocation to Utah is expected; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous internship and/or co-op experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, business acumen, and teamwork.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of the market through classroom training, process shadows, on the job experience, and production site visits.
• Develop and strengthen competencies required for your role and as an employee at Senneca.
• Identify trends and recommend solutions to manage business challenges.
• Lead and/or participate in projects: define objectives, develop project plans, create agendas, facilitate meetings, manage timelines and deliverables, communicate updates, create contingency plans.
• Complete financial and/or data analysis as required (based on project or rotation).
• Deliver superior customer service (internally or externally).
• Interact with various levels of leadership, customers, vendors/suppliers, and employees to solve problems and protect assets and profitability.
• Enhance ability to communicate, influence and interact with all types of customers, contractors and co-workers.
• Develop conflict resolution and relationship management skills.
• Remain current with industry and macroeconomic trends by reading publications.
