Job summary

US Synthetic in Orem, UT is seeking a Receiving Team Member to unload, inspect, and stock incoming freight. You will set up new products and part numbers, operate a forklift, and enter data into Made2Manage. You’ll contribute to lean improvements, manage warehouse cycles, and participate in daily meetings and kaizen events.

The role requires high school diploma/GED, a valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a physical lift test. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming freight.
• Inspect and unbox product.
• Stock shelves with received product.
• New product and part number set up.
• Operate forklift.
• Input data into Made2Manage.
• Manage warehouse and cycle count inventory.
• Follow Lean principles and eliminate waste.
• Participate in daily meetings and Kaizen events.
