Job summary

Unipart Services America is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for the West Bridgewater, MA site to oversee efficient, safe and high-quality warehousing operations delivering exceptional performance for MBTA. The role emphasizes leadership, lean practices and continuous improvement.

The candidate will manage KPI delivery, budgeting, staffing, training and safety, while maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance with EH&S and security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in warehousing or distribution.
• 8+ years of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Excellent leadership and people skills; strong communication.
• Ability to learn and apply lean management principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI delivery, customer satisfaction, quality, delivery and cost.
• Ensure site meets budget targets and implement countermeasures.
• Manage inbound/outbound/returns and productivity, quality.
• Schedule and lead warehouse teams to meet volume and minimize overtime.
• Enforce safety, EH&S, security and company policies.
