Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end value stream to meet KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Lead cross-functional teams using Lean to identify and eliminate waste.
• Develop and execute value stream maps and future state plans.
• Facilitate daily management and problem-solving to address gaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and production for alignment and NPI.
• Manage resource allocation and prioritize initiatives for efficiency.
• Foster continuous improvement and accountability throughout the value stream.
