• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and tools throughout the value stream.
• Manage resource allocation and budget for value stream initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure seamless integration and value delivery.
• Develop and execute improvement roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact.
