LAPP Americas seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean initiatives and automation across the Americas. You will apply Lean principles to eliminate waste, standardize work, and scale improvements using RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI tools.

Focus areas include Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost, and Efficiency. Responsibilities include deploying Lean practices, guiding Kaizen events, and developing LOS roadmaps while building a culture of continuous improvement across

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification; Black Belt preferred.
• 5+ years in a similar role implementing lean culture.
• Excellent communication skills; PMP preferred.
• Experience delivering process automation using RPA and Microsoft Power Platform.

Aufgaben

• Identify Lean initiatives and automation opportunities across Americas.
• Lead prioritization with management teams for Process Lean Initiatives.
• Map processes and value streams; identify inefficiencies.
• Deploy LEAN methodologies to guide teams to resolve issues.
• Lead corrective actions; implement LOS projects and roadmaps.
• Develop Internal Business Partners for LOS knowledge and training.
• Develop Power BI dashboards to measure process performance.
