LAPP Holding NA Inc in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive Lean improvements and automation across the Americas. You will apply Lean principles to eliminate waste, standardize work, and scale improvements using RPA, Power Platform and AI for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity and Cost.

Responsibilities include Kaizen events, LOS program development, and building Power BI dashboards to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years implementing Lean culture and cost-saving improvements.
• LEAN tools knowledge: 5S, SPC, VSM, Kaizen, SMED, Six Sigma.
• Experience delivering process automation with RPA and Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Identify Lean initiatives and automation opportunities across Americas.
• Lead prioritization of Lean and automation projects with management teams.
• Map processes, perform value stream mapping and pinpoint inefficiencies.
• Deploy Lean methods to guide teams and resolve process issues.
• Lead corrective actions and LOS roadmap implementation in Americas.
• Develop and deploy Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and benefits.
