Job summary

Prysmian in Taunton, MA is seeking a Lean Transformation Manager to lead site-wide continuous improvement initiatives, implementing Kaizen methods and the Prysmian Performance System (PPS). You will align with the Site Director and leadership to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

The role requires a Lean Black Belt / CI leadership with 3–5 years in manufacturing, proven track record of measurable improvements, and deep expertise in Hoshin Kanri, SMED, TPM, and daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (industrial engineering strongly preferred).
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with leadership in Kaizen, Continuous Improvement.
• Proven track record of driving measurable improvements (cost, throughput, lead time, etc.).
• Deep expertise in: Value Stream Transformation, Flow & Pull Systems, Hoshin Kanri, SMED, TPM, Standard Work, Daily Management & Visual Systems.
• You know how to influence leaders who don't report to you and you push for impact over activity.

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation and build a site-wide Lean roadmap aligned to business strategy (Hoshin Kanri).
• Partner directly with the Site Director to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities.
• Drive measurable gains across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth.
• Facilitate high-impact Kaizen events focused on flow, constraint removal, and cost transformation.
• Ensure sustainability through standard work, daily management, and accountability systems.
