Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering or similar with applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Champion the use of Lean tools and methodologies including value stream mapping, standardized work, visual management, takt time, pull systems, SMED, 5S, and problem-solving (A3/PDCA).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and gain buy-in for lean initiatives.
• Drive kaizen charter creation and write-ups aligned with site goals.
