Job summary

American Woodmark Corporation (now part of MasterBrand) seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean transformation across the organization. You will coach leaders, deploy tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 6S, and daily management to realize improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in continuous improvement, 2+ years in leadership, and Lean certification. Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office is essential; relocation assistance may be offered.

• Excellent analytical, project management and presentation skills.
• Strong computer skills with background with ERP Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Highly developed problem solving and project management skill.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean transformation across the organization.
• Coach and mentor all levels of the organization.
• Identify processes for improvement using Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other tools.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and deploy KPI's in the Business Unit.
