Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a procurement professional to optimize lean production planning and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. You will manage daily ordering, inventory validation, and collaboration with suppliers, while applying ERP and data analysis tools to meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on scheduling, root cause analysis, and problem solving in a high-volume manufacturing context, onsite in TX with travel to nearby locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems preferred.
• Experience in sourcing, operations, and logistics (6–8 years).
• Proficient with ERP, MES, WMS, data mining and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment to meet production demands.
• Analyze value stream, supply chain capacity, and constraints.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions across Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with suppliers, supervisors, team leads, and logistics groups.
• Represent supply chain in value stream projects (plan, source, make, deliver).
• Daily production scheduling and continuous improvement.
