You will analyze value streams, drive root-cause actions, and collaborate with suppliers, production teams, and logistics to meet production demands.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 6-8 years in sourcing/operations, plus ERP/MES/WMS experience; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems preferred; 6-8 years combined experience in Sourcing, Operations, Logistics
• Working knowledge of ERP, MES, WMS, data mining, and data reporting
• Strong computer skills with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Seeks opportunities to learn from others with more experience and tenure in the organization
• Active participation in creation and progress of Individual Development Plan

Responsibilities

• Optimize plans and schedules in a lean environment to match production demands
• Analyze value stream and supply chain capacity and constraints
• Root-cause analysis and corrective actions across Supply Chain using ERP and lean tools
• Collaborate with suppliers, supervisors, team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners
• Represent supply chain in projects (plan, source, make, or deliver); daily production scheduling and continuous improvement
