Elanco invites motivated students for the Summer 2027 Operational Excellence Internship at the Elwood, KS manufacturing plant. You will aid Lean Six Sigma initiatives, help optimize workflows, and support data-driven process improvements within a pharmaceutical setting.

Internship runs May 17 to August 6, 2027, with housing support, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. Travel is 10% to Indianapolis, IN as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an engineering, science, or data analysis field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data review is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lean Six Sigma initiatives and other OpEx practices.
• Contribute to projects that optimize workflows and reduce waste.
• Support data analysis to establish process-improvement methods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in a pharmaceutical space.
