• Translate manager objectives into concrete daily steps.
• Monitor work quality and flag issues before escalation.
• Own assigned projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Leave every general system better than you found it.
• Maintain warm handoffs so Mobile partners never feel dropped.
• Own the day-to-day rhythm of general work across our Mobile, AL operation.
• Track key metrics and report findings weekly.
