Responsibilities

• Support daily operations at the San Jose site and keep workflows moving.
• Draft the Continuous Learning runbook for the next hire.
• Make independent, well-justified judgments without a committee.
• Coach newer manager teammates through early general projects.
• Tackle unglamorous general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Monitor work quality and flag issues before they escalate.
• Identify detail- or process-level issues that derail launches.
• Read between the lines of San Jose customer needs.
