Qualifications

• 10+ years minimum experience in manufacturing in progressively responsible roles.
• 5+ years’ experience implementing Lean Six Sigma.
• Expertise in at least 3 of: Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering; Lean Manufacturing Implementation; Process / Value Stream Mapping; SOP development; Performance Management Systems.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification preferred.
• PM or similar certification preferred.
• Distribution experience preferred.
• Undergraduate or Graduate Degree required.
• Proven track record with reference-able case studies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business units and operating teams to provide training, consulting, coaching and mentoring support in Lean Six Sigma.
• Coordinate OpEx initiatives at distribution centers, build OpEx project portfolios, manage resources and drive project execution.
• Implement best practices and knowledge transfer across the organization.

Engage with business unit and operating teams to provide training, consulting, coaching and mentoring support in learning and applying best practices in Lean Six Sigma. May include coordinating Operations Excellence (OpEx) related initiatives at distribution centers, building OpEx project portfolios, managing resources, driving project execution, and implementing best practices and knowledge transfer across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years minimum experience in progressively responsible roles in manufacturing.
• 5+ years’ experience implementing Lean Six Sigma best practices.
• Expertise in at least 3 of following fields of expertise:
• Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
• Lean Manufacturing Implementation
• Process / Value Stream Mapping and developing Standard Operating Procedures
• Performance Management Systems
• Ideally has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification
• Ideally has a PM or similar certification
• Ideally has a Distribution experience
• Applicable Undergraduate or Graduate Degree
• Proven track record with reference-able case studies in related projects.
