Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required; Master Black Belt a plus.
• Minimum 5–8 years in manufacturing/operational excellence with Lean Six Sigma leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Black Belt projects from charter to control with measurable benefits.
• Perform advanced statistical analyses and DOE, including SPC and capability studies.
• Build and sustain dashboards and metrics (OEE, throughput, yield) to drive improvement.
