Job summary

A clean, organized shop and accountability among team members are emphasized. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 0–3 years of related experience; familiarity with industrial repair parts and Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 0–3 years’ experience or equivalent.
• Familiar with lean methods (5S) and Six Sigma processes.
• Attention to detail and highly organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with quality control procedures.
• Document tests and record whether products meet standards; maintain inspection logs.
• Monitor serialized products and ensure compliant inspection records.
• Collaborate with other teams to implement new protocols for deviations.
• Support lean initiatives to drive shop results.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment.
