Job summary

Motion is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for our Danvers, MA shop to inspect products and ensure adherence to quality standards. The role supports technicians and uses specialized equipment to verify tests and records results accurately.

You'll contribute to Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, maintain a clean, organized workspace, and document findings while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 0–3 years of experience.
• Familiar with industrial repair parts and processes.
• Knowledge of 5S Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with quality control procedures.
• Complete documentation of tests and pass/fail outcomes.
• Monitor serialized products and inspect logs.
• Support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives in the shop.
• Maintain clean, organized shop area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Inspect products using specialized equipment.
