Qualifications

• Familiarity with AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO quality systems.
• US Person per ITAR requirements; pre-employment drug screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand customer requirements from PO, blueprints, and specs.
• Develop, maintain process routings and operation instructions.
• Provide technical support to shop floor and process specialists daily.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement changes using FMEA, DMAIC, PDCA, 5 WHY.
