Job summary

Donaldson is a leading filtration solutions company seeking a Production Associate in Greeneville, TN. You will support the Production Supervisor by ensuring safety, quality, and efficient production, while coordinating manpower and material flow to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting downtime, training teammates on procedures and safety, and driving lean initiatives. Occasional data entry in Oracle and adherence to OSHA/DOT/HAZMAT policies are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Supervisor in meeting departmental goals by ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
• Distribute and align manpower for production optimization.
• Coordinate material flow to support production goals.
• Troubleshoot machine downtime and production variances.
• Train team members on PPE, procedures, methods, problem solving, prints, machinery, programming, and quality requirements.
• Identify opportunities for lean improvements and implement lean processes.
• Verify first piece inspection for untrained team members.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data entry in Oracle.
