Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Team Coordinator to assist the supervisor in maintaining continuous production flow at our Anderson, SC facility. You will help relieve bottlenecks, fill in positions as needed, and flag shortages requiring cross‑functional support.

In this role you will facilitate Lean manufacturing initiatives, communicate with Supervisors, Engineers and Managers, and perform other reasonable manufacturing duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; WorkKeys scores as applicable.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous lead position experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Address and correct workflow issues.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed.
• Identifies part and resources shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates above situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
