Job summary

SkyChefs in the United States seeks a Lean Production Leader to drive continuous improvement within the Customer Service Center, implementing the LSG Production System and achieving productivity targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in developing production methods, with 3–5 years in manufacturing, along with strong change management, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills to support a regional excellence program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–7 years experience in developing and implementing production/process methods; 3–5 years experience in manufacturing.
• Proven track record in Lean manufacturing and success in redesigning processes.
• Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt or Lean Master Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Total Quality Management and Change Management experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Implement and drive continuous improvement across CSC in close coordination with management staff.
• Implement LSG Production System for CSC in line with corporate and regional policies.
• Teach lean principles and lead training within CSC, e.g., Kaizen events.
• Support Regional Operational Excellence Strategy with guidelines and policies.
• Help CSC management meet KPIs and budget targets.
• Define continuous improvement targets with management and report performance.
