Job summary

CCI/Speer is seeking a Production Supervisor to provide Servant Leadership and manage to meet production goals within budget and maximum efficiency. Focus on safety, quality, demand, employee welfare, and cost to ensure on-time delivery to our customers.

Requirements include a 2-year degree or 3-5 years manufacturing management experience, and proficiency with Word/Excel; familiarity with databases. Supervisory training or current supervisor status is required.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Manufacturing Technology, Business Administration, or related field or 3-5 years management experience.
• Proficient with Word, Excel; familiar with databases.
• Completed the CCI/Speer Supervisor Training Program or current supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production floor and coach staff to reach maximum potential.
• Coordinate with QA on NCPRs, on-hold product, and testing.
• Manage safety, quality, demand, employee, and cost to ensure on-time delivery.
• Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop training materials and standard operating procedures.
