Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed, <10%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day workflow to ensure on‑time shipment of quality products.
• Lead safety culture and enforce safety policies.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and development for team members.
• Communicate regularly with reports, peers, and leadership.
• Staffing and scheduling to meet production goals.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
