Qualifications

• Minimum of three to five years of past supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train direct reports providing technical support for value stream.
• Develop metrics that feed into corporate goals and communicate progress.
• Conduct Gemba to improve processes like safety, 5S, and standard work.
• Participate in daily huddles to discuss performance.
