Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager with hourly staffing, scheduling, and daily production execution. You will lead the team to meet quality and delivery targets while maintaining a safe workplace.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing, experience in a Tier I automotive environment, and familiarity with quality tools and MRP. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience directing, motivating, coordinating manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with TS16949 and quality tools helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly production staff to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Plan and organize resources to hit production goals and on-time shipments.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and prevent substandard products.
• Develop procedures and work instructions for daily activities.
• Promote safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
