Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or related field with four years' experience.
• Lean Manufacturing experience and knowledge of quality systems for electro-mechanical assembly and wiring operations.
• Experience leading a production team and managing factory digitalization projects (e.g., MES).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material flow, subassembly readiness, and project execution for Fort Worth production.
• Lead weekly alignment meetings on material status, risks, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, and third-party manufacturing teams to ensure on-time builds.
• Support NCR resolution, QA inspections, and adherence to Siemens quality standards.
