Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous experience in a management role.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience implementing or supporting a 5S program.
• Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make sound operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production scheduling and workflow execution.
• Coordinate across departments to keep work moving smoothly.
• Apply lean manufacturing methods to reduce waste.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues.
• Manage, coach, and develop production team members.
