Standex International is a global industrial growth company focused on delivering innovative electronics, forming, engraving and scientific refrigeration solutions. We are seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations with emphasis on safety, quality, delivery and cost.

You will drive continuous improvement using lean principles, manage KPI reporting, and develop the production team while coordinating with cross‑functional groups to optimize labor, equipment and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of production management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership in hiring, development, performance management and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles, continuous improvement and KPI‑driven management.
• Ability to prioritize resources and execute against business objectives.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence across the organization.
• Proficiency with manufacturing systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing and problem-solving methods.
• Establish and lead KPI reviews, performance reporting and action planning.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Coach and develop production team members, promoting engagement and accountability.
• Allocate labor, equipment and resources to support production needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and quality.
• Support SIOP planning and manufacturing best practices.
• Lead initiatives aligned with plant goals and strategic objectives.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by the Plant Manager.
