Qualifications

• 5-7 years of manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts and experience implementing same.
• Prior managerial/supervisory experience.
• Prior experience in a quality assurance function.

Responsibilities

• Manages the human and physical resources in the assembly/production.
• Coordinates production activities with procurement, logistics, maintenance.
• Implements lean manufacturing practices such as 5S, Kanban.
• Develops goals/objectives and defines metrics to measure performance.

Skills

Excellent communication skills (both oral and writing)

Ability and willingness to travel (including international)

Ability to work in cross-functional teams

High level of interpersonal skills
