Job summary

A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Factory Production Manager for their Sylacauga, Alabama facility. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of manufacturing operations, champion lean manufacturing principles, and lead a high-performing team. Requires proven experience in manufacturing management and strong analytical skills. The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management with demonstrated leadership of production teams.
• Strong working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, including Kaizen.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control principles.
