Job summary

Vertiv's Pelzer, SC site seeks a Team Coordinator to back the supervisor by keeping production flowing, filling in roles as needed, and driving Lean Manufacturing efforts across the department.

You will identify bottlenecks, communicate with engineers and managers, learn all positions, and support continuous operation with safety and teamwork as priorities.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work long shifts, and readiness to handle varied duties to keep lines moving and quality up.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED with basic WorkKeys or equivalent.
• Minimum 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reduces production bottlenecks on manufacturing product line.
• Addresses and corrects workflow issues to maintain flow.
• Learns all positions and fills in as needed to cover gaps.
• Identifies part and resource shortages and provides solutions.
• Communicates situations to Supervisors, Engineers and Managers as appropriate.
