The People Co. in the Ronkonkoma, NY area seeks a hands-on Production Manager with a continuous improvement mindset to lead daily operations.

You will identify process improvements, implement lean practices, and drive safety, quality and productivity across production, maintenance, and logistics. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production management and 5+ years in CPG manufacturing, with a bachelor's degree in engineering and proven experience supervising teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production management experience in a titled role.
• 5+ years of CPG manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing Production Supervisors.
• Clear criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, sanitation and manufacturing regulations.
• Oversee lean initiatives and continuous improvement across manufacturing.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decisions to optimize plant performance.
