The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Process Engineering, 5–7 years in production methods, and 3–5 years in manufacturing. Strong facilitation, communication, and change management skills are essential for success on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Process Engineering or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years in developing and implementing production/process methods; 3–5 years in manufacturing/automotive industry preferred.
• Effective workshop facilitator; experience leading teams, driving change and delivering results.
• Knowledge of lean concepts including Toyota Production System principles required.
• Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt or Lean Master Certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; excellent communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Implement and drive continuous improvement across CSC in coordination with management staff.
• Implement LSG Production System for CSC in line with policies.
• Teach lean principles and run Kaizen events within CSC.
• Support CSC in Regional Operational Excellence Strategy, guidelines, and policies.
• Help CSC management achieve business targets (KPIs).
• Define CI targets with management and report performance.
• Analyze cost reduction potential and deliver productivity-related budget results.
• Report on KPIs for quality, productivity costs, and service delivery.
• Ensure communication and knowledge sharing between CSCs.
