Placements24 is seeking a proactive Process Optimization Engineer to join our industrial operations team. The role focuses on improving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of manufacturing and processes through data-driven solutions.

You will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategic improvements in a well-established industrial setting, collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth transitions and measurable gains.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
4+ years in process engineering, continuous improvement, or operations management.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and SPC.
Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing production processes and identify improvement opportunities for efficiency and resource use.
Develop and implement lean tools to streamline operations and reduce waste.
Perform root cause analysis on deviations and implement corrective actions.
Design and document optimal operating procedures and standards.
Collaborate with production teams to implement process changes smoothly.
Monitor performance with key metrics and provide regular reports.
