Job summary

Hearth & Home Technologies is seeking a Business Process Improvement Engineer for our Mt. Pleasant, IA manufacturing team.

You will partner with operations, engineering, maintenance, and leadership to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, and drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. As a change agent, you will lead continuous improvement initiatives, coach leaders on lean principles, and deliver training to strengthen organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coach leaders on lean principles and CI tools.
• Deliver training to strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities and drive solutions from concept through implementation.
• Lead large-scale projects delivering measurable business results.
• Support and strengthen the Lean Management System and 5S culture.
• Promote a safe, collaborative work environment.
