Job summary
Hearth & Home Technologies is seeking a Business Process Improvement Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Delaware/Wilmington. You will act as a change agent, leading lean initiatives, solving complex problems, and guiding cross-functional teams to reduce waste, improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, proven experience in continuous improvement or manufacturing, strong analytical and project leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, operations, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience leading continuous improvement, operations, or manufacturing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance plant performance and operational results.
- Facilitate root cause problem solving and implement corrective actions.
- Coach leaders and teams on lean principles and CI tools.
- Deliver training that strengthens organizational capabilities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.
- Identify opportunities and drive solutions from concept through implementation.
- Lead large-scale improvement projects with measurable results.
- Support Lean Management System and 5S culture.
- Promote a safe, collaborative, and accountable work environment.
