Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic ability to organize and analyze data using Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the production floor learning products, machines, tooling, materials, staffing, and information flow.
• Identify daily pain points and waste in the Lean system with operators and leaders.
• Support supervisors in tracking safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Investigate missed targets, bottlenecks, quality issues, and ergonomic concerns.
• Collect and analyze production data and establish baselines.
• Use structured problem-solving to identify root causes and countermeasures.
• Improve standard work, visual controls, and workplace organization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for improvements.
• Communicate progress, risks, and roadblocks of improvement projects.
