Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze assembly line workflows to reduce cycle times.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to minimize waste.
• Develop standard work instructions and line balancing.
• Design tooling, fixtures, and automated equipment.
• Train operators on new processes and safety protocols.
