Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer for a 24/7 manufacturing facility. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and solutions, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive product improvements and troubleshoot issues to keep operations safe and efficient.

You will optimize process flows, monitor KPIs like OEE and MTBF, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and industry

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred.
Experience in chemical manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive product development and improvement.
Provide technical expertise and support in troubleshooting and process optimization.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
