Parker Hannifin is seeking an Operational Excellence Intern in Ogden, UT to support continuous improvement initiatives across operations, supply chain, and cross-functional teams. You will analyze processes, eliminate waste, improve quality, and boost efficiency using Lean and OpEx methodologies.

Responsibilities include mapping processes, collecting data, participating in Kaizen events, preparing charters, root-cause analyses, and developing standard work and SOPs.

Competenze

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Lean concepts and OpEx methodologies (PDCA, DMAIC, Kaizen).

Mansioni

• Map current-state processes and collect/interpret operational data.
• Identify waste and propose Lean/OpEx improvements.
• Assist in Kaizen events and CI projects.
• Support development of future-state process designs and SOPs.
• Prepare concise reports and visuals for stakeholders.
