Job summary

Responsibilities include mapping processes, collecting data, participating in Kaizen events, preparing charters, root-cause analyses, and developing standard work and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Lean concepts and OpEx methodologies (PDCA, DMAIC, Kaizen).

Responsibilities

• Map current-state processes and collect/interpret operational data.
• Identify waste and propose Lean/OpEx improvements.
• Assist in Kaizen events and CI projects.
• Support development of future-state process designs and SOPs.
• Prepare concise reports and visuals for stakeholders.
