The role is onsite five days a week, partnering with production, engineering, and operations to deliver practical efficiency gains and standard work practices.

Qualifications

• 0 years of relevant technical experience.
• No minimum education requirement.
• Experience applying lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of 5S, visual management, and the eight wastes of lean manufacturing.
• Experience conducting cycle time studies, work measurement, or process analysis.
• Yellow Belt certification or experience supporting structured problem-solving initiatives.
• Effective communication and presentation skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment of lean manufacturing initiatives across operations.
• Implement and sustain 5S, visual management, and workplace organization.
• Participate in kaizen events to improve performance.
• Conduct cycle time studies and process analysis.
• Assist engineering and operations in implementing improvements.
• Support problem-solving activities using structured methods.
• Install and maintain manufacturing aids and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain improvements.
