Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Arizona) seeks a seasoned Operations Manager to lead the MAST facility's production, safety, and facilities operations. You will partner with leadership, quality, supply chain, and engineering to align with directives and drive continuous improvement.

You will manage production leads, implement lean methodologies, schedule capacity, and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA/AQMD).

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production, safety, and facilities operations.
• Collaborate with leadership, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
• Drive customer experience and continuous improvement.
• Lead production leads or supervisors.
• Apply lean continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Schedule production and staffing to meet capacity.
• Ensure OSHA and AQMD compliance.
• Direct production and inventory control to meet customer needs.
• Develop cross-functional culture of continuous improvement.
