Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years leading or implementing continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred and change-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with production goals.
• Identify process improvements, productivity opportunities, and cost reductions.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and structured problem-solving activities.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and other CI methods.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve productivity, quality, safety, and delivery.
• Coach and mentor employees on CI tools and techniques.
• Establish and monitor KPIs; communicate progress to leadership.
• Support multi-shift manufacturing and sustain process changes.
